It’s Friday again, but today it’s Good Friday! I am so thankful for what Jesus did for me on the cross.
Here’s my five!
O N E – Yellowbird Interiors Family Tree Garland
I was so excited to receive my Family Tree Wooden Garland from Yellowbird Interiors. I love buying from local businesses. Somerset is so rich in that way. Being small business owners we appreciate loyalty & we like to give that loyalty back.
Our personalised stag hearts I got for Christmas came from Yellowbird Interiors & I was so pleased with them so I was so excited to receive this new product & tell you all about it.
I chose the colour way to match the colour scheme in my house which is very neutral, calming colours, green, beige, cream & greys are the predominant colours in my living room so I went with green & grey.
I love the trees at either end, they remind me of the Mulberry logo.
Of course the best bit for me is the personalisation! I love my family & I love showing them in little ways like this that I appreciate our unit & the blessing it is. Heather at Yellowbird Interiors has designed this piece so more names can be added to the family tree.
It took awhile to choose where to put it as I wanted it where I can see it, I tried it in the hall but it got a bit lost! I think it looks great now we’ve moved it over our fireplace!
We will be switching this modern fire for a wood burner & more traditional surround at some point. I’m sure I’ll show you the before & after shots!
I have found Yellowbird Interiors to be friendly, professional & I love my family tree garland, it’s just so unique.
T W O – Birthday Photo’s
I shared the other day that I turned 38 last weekend, thankfully still loving 38!
Here are some photo’s from my party.

T H R E E – More Celebrations
As if my heart wasn’t full enough already one of my most favourite & best friends in the world has just gotten engaged!
Lady Corrie is so great with design, she has a real flair so this will be a beautiful wedding.
Huge congratulations to you & Sholto my dear!

F O U R – Double, double celebrations
My cup really does overflow at the moment, my bestie Roberta & her husband have asked me to be Godmum to their precious baby girl Holly!
I think the Christening will be sometime in June, I need a new outfit & am thinking about this grey & lemon dress from NEXT.
F I V E – Easter Weekend
An Easter Egg hunt (possibly indoors), Easter Service at Church & Open House at our friends from Church & most of all some real family time. That’s what’s going down this weekend.
Happy Easter to you all my lovelies, may the story of Jesus’ death & resurrection be real to you this Easter time.
(did you know He appeared to more than 500 people after he raised to life? I find that incredible, no wonder the Church exploded at that time)
Until the next time friends, have a great day!
