Saturday night and I feel alright!
Happy birthday Resident Store Frome
I’d like to say we’re out celebrating swish store birthdays every weekend but alas we are not. We were so excited to be invited to celebrate with the Resident Store Frome who have notched up their first birthday already!
Congratulations to Greg & James who moved the store from London pop up’s to the cobbled streets of Frome one year ago.
I have followed Resident Store on Instagram religiously since they opened on Catherine Hill, a stunning + historic part of Frome in Somerset. Selling homewares, accessories and clothing apparel with a mid to high price point.
Their Instagram feed and stock are just GORGEOUS for the eyes, the store itself having been renovated in keeping with the old building. Having seen the candles, bags and sunglasses I fell in love with so many things! I could easily have brought up the shop. Everything is bang on trend (white, succulents, concrete) and timeless at the same time. They’ve just got it so right, the whole vibe is perfect.
Frome is super cool
Can I also say FROME you have stolen my heart. What a seriously cool place. We went to Bottle Boy, a tap shop afterwards which was full to the brim of local beers, ales and ciders.
Anyway I digress, we mingled with other friends of the Resident Store, swigged ice cold Bud from the bottles supplied and sampled mini pancake blini’s in the form of mini smoked salmon & cream cheese / hummus & parma ham. Delicous!
DOG Magazine 2nd edition
The 1st birthday was shared with DOG magazine‘s 2nd edition launch. Each edition takes a breed of dog and tells the story of that breed through it’s pages. Really special and unique content that would not look amiss as a photography coffee table book.
Thank you to Resident Store for inviting us to your party, we loved meeting your friends and celebrating with you.
