City Country Life

CityCountryLife Small
Hey friends,

We’ve been crazy busy recently, our feet literally haven’t touched the ground.

We are so fortunate to have opportunities to get out and meet with new people and our friends too, we know we wouldn’t be able to do that without the huge support of my Mum, Julie and my Dad, Tim.  They look after our kids and make opportunities that come from this blog open to us, and we are so grateful for that.

One such opportunity was an evening at ASK Italian in Yeovil.  We love our home town and think it’s a great place to live.  When we were invited to the launch evening of the newly refurbished restaurant in Yeovil we jumped at the chance.  As you guys know we love ASK Italian and it’s our no. 1 choice when eating out with our kids.

We enjoyed our night at ASK Italian in Taunton so much we couldn’t wait to see what they’d done with our local restaurant.

Here’s a sneak peak of the outside.

Also this last weekend saw us hot tailing it down to Dartmoor National Park at Whitelady House for a girls weekend away to celebrate one of my closest friends’ upcoming nuptials.

The whole hen weekend was a total secret from Erin who did not have a clue where we were going, the cottage was amazing, literally perfect for us.

I’ll write about both events in more detail soon I promise with lots of pictures to share.

  1. We’re the same Lizzie, life is chaotic, busy and wonderful when you have kids, even if that means that most of our social life revolves around children birthday parties these days 🙂 I love the photo of you with your friend, you look so happy. I hope you had a wonderful time and looking forward to reading more about your weekend
